TANG’s culinary smorgasbord is brought to you by a team of chefs, headed by Andrea Motta. This predominantly Italian team has risen to the challenge of creating different menus and platters, so that you can choose from a light bite to a four course à la carte meal, depending upon how long you would like to spend at TANG.  Even lunch can be an experience, whether you delve into the pasta carousel, or lazily pick on a colourful snack platter, all washed down with a smooth glass of wine, or two!
